What happened to all the super pre-saved lists that were already created? It’s a real shame that you seem to have got rid of those.

Apparently this problem has been occurring for the past month. I have used this program before without having to look at how to create a word search. Can it be fixed so that we can make a word search? Please.

Hi Marjorie
Thank you for getting in touch with Customer Support directly. We trust that you’re happy with the outcome.
Janeen · Mar 18th, 2022
This does not work, you hit the play button and it logs you out, you cannot then log in as when you do it takes you back to your start up page, very frustrating for a paid subscription.

Thanks, Dayna!
Paul (Teach Starter) · Jan 31st, 2022
Not sure if this will help any of you, but when I hit the ‘PLAY’ button, it took me to the create page. Hot Tip: Download again for a different version of the same wordlist; I often download three or four versions so that the students don’t have too many ‘opportunities’ around them to solve the puzzle without some persistence.
Dayna Chu · Jan 29th, 2022
Thanks for sharing that tip, Dayna!

Hi, there seems to be no option on any of your widgets to create. It isn’t great timing considering how close we are to being back to school and the many teachers who are trying to prepare during their holidays.
